It's not perfect, but it obviously won't change things that don't need changing. If you ask me, vanilla is really the way to go. Always its about constantly bringing up his favorite same mods because he clearly doesn't feel like trying others for a change, or just accept vanilla. Destin also seems to just post in threads that have something which can easily be related to mods, and he never talks about what features he likes or what can be approved on, his favorite faction, whether he's looking forward to the next TW, etc. When he does his usual comment, thats it: never bothers to make a reply to any counter comment, or talk about anything else. You'll have to do some modding but I know I got Darth mod working during development but that was a long time ago and I don't have instructions to hand.Originally posted by easytarget:If Destin shows up you can rest assured that's what he's all about.Īgree, and he never bothers to get involved into the thread either (or at least not usually). I had the idea of manually installing Causa Belli but it doesn't work as well as I cannot find any working *.esf editor for linux. And I do not know how to "finalize" my settings within the game. I can edit the preferences.empire_script.txt but the changes do not fix. I can find the daemon.txt but I have no idea how to change it as it seems that setting the "su" command (in ubuntu "sudo") doesn't show any effect. (I just finished a small campaign with Cherokee so they work quite well.) But the other minor factions are still blocked. As far as I see the only new factions in the Grand Campaign are Cherokee and Iroquois. As I lack the sound of the game anyway I have no idea if the new soundeffects work.Ģ.

I am using Linux Mint and I followed an instruction fro twcenter: !&p=14259972&viewfull=1#post14259972Īt least it did not crash the game. Are there any new experiences with Darthmod and Linux?
